Recipe // Easy Roasted Green Beans

Over the course of this summer green beans have probably been the most consumed vegetable in our house. I'm not sure why I continuously buy green beans but I do. Blame the market stands for having gorgeous looking green beans every single week for my lack of creativity. But it's okay because green beans are delicious. Especially when they are roasted. Seth and I just snack on these bad boys they are so good. This is a quick and easy recipe which you can easily adapt in accordance to how many people you are serving or take the basic recipe and add your own combination of ingredients!

Ingredients:

Green Beans

Olive Oil

Adobo

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Wash and cut the ends off of the green beans (check out this tip for quick snipping). Spread green beans across the lined baking sheet.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the beans. Be sure not to over oil them or you will end up with soggy green beans. Depending on your amount I would suggest not more than a tablespoon for sure. Using your hands, toss beans to coat them in the olive oil. Sprinkle adobo on top, as much or as little as you'd like, and toss again.

4. Place in over and cook for ten minutes. Remove from oven and carefully toss with a spatula and place back in oven for five more minutes. Serve warm.
