Happy 2016! Thanks for sticking with me through your new year, this is going to be fun! I have so much exciting stuff planned for my blog in 2016. For one thing, in just one month I will be hosting my very first event. EEK! You can still get a ticket if you're quick, for Moms' Night Out which is on February 6th in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania.
I'm also planning an Herb Garden Workshop and some other fun events throughout the year. Aside from events, I have plans to write a few e-books for you and ideas for a couple e-courses. As far as blog content, I have everything all planned out and I'm working on February's content now! And I have a great new schedule so you know what to expect and when to expect it:
Mondays & Thursdays
On these days, I will be sharing some delicious recipes with you! Along with my usual sweets and baked goods, I will be sharing more family friendly meal recipes. Actually, next week I'll be sharing a delicious and healthy soup recipe and later this month I'll share a fun take on grilled cheese, my take on lasagna roll ups, and what may be one of
the most unique
mac 'n cheese recipes you have ever seen.
Tuesdays & Fridays
On Tuesdays and Fridays, you will find lifestyle posts, things like recipes for DIY face masks (coming next week!), posts about Jesus, style and beauty posts, and more!
Two Wednesdays a month I will have posts that are part of my "In The Kitchen" series where I share tips to help you in the kitchen. The other Wednesdays of the month will be split between other series (like "From the Bookshelf," "What We've Been Wearing," "Behind the Scenes of #littlecitykitchen," and "A Day in the Life.") and sponsored posts.

Back to the recipe. These cookies are inspired by the epic flavor combinations found in
. Christina Tosi mixes things like cornflakes, marshmallows, butterscotch chips, and potato chips into cookies. She inspired me to try mixing slightly uncommon ingredients into my recipes.
These Snack Attack Cookies are the perfect blend of sweet and salty and incorporate some of your favorite snack foods; Oreo's, Ritz crackers, peanuts, and marshmallows to be exact. If you'd like to go the extra mile, you could even add in sweetened shredded coconut, walnuts, and/or lightly roasted cornflakes. These are epic, guys. Go make them. You can thank me later.
