You're feeling...

✓ overwhelmed
✓ frustrated
✓ lonely
✓ stressed
✓ anxious
✓ disorganized
✓ lost

I know I did when I first became a stay-at-home mom at the ripe ‘ol age of 20.

Imagine if you had a tool that taught you how to be a stay-at-home mom, how to make mom friends, and how to care for yourself, all while keeping God the center of your family.

I know when I first started my motherhood journey I could have used some kind of magic wand or fairy godmother to wave away the overwhelm, the confusion, the frustration, the exhaustion, and the loneliness.

I didn’t find a magic wand or fairy godmother, but I did find systems that once put in place, changed my life.

You are not
too young
too overwhelmed
too frustrated
too busy or
too unorganized

The Stay-at-Home Mom’s Guide to Life will meet you where you’re at and provide you with the tools you need to build a flourishing foundation. And because the term “busy mom” is redundant, you can complete each section in a very short amount of time, and it’s full of videos that you can listen to while doing the dishes or doing a craft with the kiddos.

I’m right there in the trenches with you, I’ve felt all the feels, and I’ve been just as lost and confused.
For real.

I didn’t create this course because I’m some sort of Instagram-perfect, Pinterest worthy mom. (That actually makes me laugh a little) I created this course because I’ve put systems in place that help my family to thrive and not just survive. God has called me to mentor to fellow young mamas by sharing what I’ve learned in my motherhood journey.

I’m not perfect, I am unorganized, overwhelmed, busy, young, and frustrated. But I have worked hard to find solutions and I’m sharing all of them with you in this course.

This course is made for mamas of little ones; I’ll show you a sample newborn routine, help you find time for yourself amidst crazy toddlers and smelly diapers, and how to do all the mundane household chores for the Lord.

If more often than not you feel defeated, isolated, overwhelmed, and/or disorganized, I want to help you! I’ve been there and now that I generally feel composed, organized, fulfilled, and surrounded by friends, I want you to feel the same way!

If your children are still at home with you all day, every day and you consider yourself to be a young mama and you love Jesus, then this course is for you.

I’m Abby Barstow and I’m spilling all of my secrets in this course.

I graduated high school in 2012, Seth and I got married in 2013 (high school sweethearts obvi), we got pregnant 3 months after the wedding and our first son, William, was born in 2014, we bought our first home in 2015, and in 2016 our second son, Daniel was born. As a little girl I knew that God wanted me to be a mom but I never imagined it would be the crazy whirlwind that it has become. I’ve had to learn and adapt quickly, and basically on my own at first because I didn’t have any mom friends when I started out. I love creating systems and plans and learning and I’m sharing the plans and systems that I’ve created, in this course.

You can mainly find me over at my HQ, Joyful Homemaker’s Club: A Homemaker’s exclusive spot for joy, Jesus, and intentional living. When I’m not blogging, my other favorite self-care activities include reading mystery novels, binge watching shows on Netflix, going for walks around our neighborhood, eating, baking, menu planning and grocery shopping (for real, those are two of my favorite things to do), and eating (yes, I know “eating” is on there twice). You can also find me hanging out in my Facebook group, The Joyful Homemakers
